Teledirect Wins Google’s Best Outsourced Contact Center in Asia-Pacific (ETO)

Google has awarded its inaugural External Telesales Operator (ETO) Award to Teledirect for surpassing performance targets in the second quarter of 2015 while meeting its strategic objectives.

With 72 awards to date, Teledirect has been named the Best External Telesales Operator globally by Google for outperforming other vendors it employs in Asia-pacific and around the world.

“This award recognises our commitment to excellence, to being the best, and highlights our continued drive to assisting multinational organisations that demand maximum performance to achieve higher and faster business growth. Being able to meet and exceed the expectations of the world’s biggest online search engine, only further confirms that our focus on exemplary talent, excellent tools and expert technology is the key to differentiation and the delivery of world class service”, said Laurent Junique, CEO of Teledirect Asia.

Having won the Best Large Outsourcer in Asia-Pacific 2014 Gold Award from Contact Centre World and numerous industry awards from the Call Centre Association of Malaysia (CCAM), this award brings the contact centre’s awards total to 73.
