We believe that performance management is a key component of Teledirect's overall business. All staff at all levels have a balanced scorecard of objectives to achieve in given timescales, and are measured on performance appropriately.

We've adopted COPC as our leading quality standard and most of our Managers are all trained or certified on COPC.

Account Management

Each campaign has a Programme Manager who will report to a Regional Director who oversees the relationship across all sites.


A Regional Training Manager will help review and design training materials, conduct training and will be responsible for learning across all sites.


All Agents and their Team Leaders are dedicated to the campaign.
